Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-in availability follows our posted hours.

Tuesday: walk-ins welcome 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Wednesday: walk-ins welcome 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Thursday: walk-ins welcome 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, appointment and $30 deposit required 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Friday: walk-ins welcome 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, appointment and $30 deposit required 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Saturday: walk-ins welcome 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, appointment and $30 deposit required 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Sunday and Monday: closed.

Is hair included in the price?

Yes, hair is included in all braided styles shown on our service pages unless noted otherwise, such as the Instant Locs consultation.

What if I want extra length?

Add-on pricing applies past the standard mid-back length: waist length is +$25, butt length is +$50, and thigh length is +$75.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment one time.

How do I pay on weekends?

Weekend payments are cash only.

What is the age range for kids' pricing?

Kids pricing applies to children 12 and under.
